Being able to teach classes increases your earning potential. Running a class purely using bodyweight takes preparation, skill & creativity. Being able to adapt and deliver low impact bodyweight exercise whilst keeping it fun and entertaining takes practise. 


In this workshop we will take you through a number of bodyweight exercises to build your confidence to deliver a safe & effective class, includes warm up, sequenced exercises, adaptations, progressions and cool down ideas.
